Wilrieke Sophia is fascinated by intimacy and interaction between people. How can you connect as deeply as possible, on different levels and in different ways? Once she was a very shy and insecure girl herself. Many years of exploration taught her how to accept herself on the deepest levels and surrender with a smile to life. Her path brought her into the realms of tantra, BDSM, non-monogamy, healing, shamanism, mindfulness, and her horses taught her about empowered leadership and dynamics between individuals based on body language and charisma.
Years ago, Wilrieke, with The Yellow Side of Life, was the first to facilitate Cuddle Workshops in The Netherlands. By now she also hosts workshops and individual sessions about intimacy, conscious kink and sexuality where she combines influences from tantra, conscious kink, cuddling, authentic relating, healing and coaching in The Netherlands and in Europe.

Since she was small, she's been fascinated by relationship, by identity, and by what happens when we have the courage and commitment to be really honest about what’s within us and between us. While being continually uplifted by the human impulse to connect, she is particularly interested in the unconscious patterns of disconnection that are present in most of us. This interest has led her to study bodywork, trauma therapy and Core Energetics.
