Join festival host Adam Wilder for a short, fun and easy welcoming session to break the ice, feel permission to connect with others and prepare yourself for the day. Afterwards you will be feeling warm, relaxed, happy and ready.
Learn to listen really well and watch all of your relationships flourish. Discover a daily or weekly practice that allows you to navigate your emotions without them overruling your brain's ability to think well (and turning you into a reactive, dumpy weirdo). Find out how to release past hurts so they no longer sit bubbling below the surface, ready to be triggered at inopportune moments. This practice will make you sexier.
Soulmate is a relatively modern term which did not become widely used until the concept was popularised in Disney films and the like. The pressure to find your ‘soulmate’ puts undue stress on relationships. After the honeymoon phase, one thing wrong and we can discard a person entirely as our soulmate would surely always get everything right.

In this session, playful festival host Adam Wilder will help you broaden your understanding of intimacy & connection and why we need it. Through discussions and practical exercises you will begin to discover new ways of relating with others which you can take away with you to help you feel happier, empowered and whole.
When I feel that I am not allowed, is it because my body, heart and soul say “No”, or because I learned “No” from my parents, teachers, religious authorities and even my peer group? Am I honouring my personal boundaries or obeying someone else’s rules and regulations?
“Am I allowed?” becomes your experiential key. You carry the question not as an intellectual game, but as a means to discover the ways that consciously and sub- or un-consciously you limit, avoid, devalue, or deny yourself the full spectrum of your personal experience when you enter into sensual and potentially intimate contact with another. This is a voyage of discovery on which you may meet hitherto unknown mysteries of your nature and being, and come to befriend what you deserve to love in yourself.
What does a practice of sitting silently and watching your thoughts have to do with sex?
Well actually... a lot. Mindfulness helps you to be more aware of sensations in your body and less caught up in thinking, which means you can experience more pleasure.
With more awareness of yourself, mindfulness can also help you create empowering, vibrant relationships that you can use as a vehicle to explore your most intimate self.
Come along to our session where we will explore relating mindfully to help you have more satisfying, pleasurable and exciting sex.

Do you know what it means to be a man in today's society? Why is it so hard for us to get vulnerable? Why is it so hard for us to get out of our heads?
Do you think of yourself as a sensitive new age guy? Why do we feel like society wants us to be this way? We are like this sometimes yes, but we are also brave, strong, angry warriors (usually without an outlet). Come to this interactive men's workshop where we will explore these things together in a safe environment without judgement. We will sit together as men and learn how to co-operate as brothers. We will learn about the authentic, healthy masculine and how we can integrate this into our daily lives.
As human beings we have amazing super powers – the capacity to nourish and nurture, arouse and awaken - through giving and receiving touch.
Yet how do you know the right kind of touch to give? Touch that is too hard can make the receiver shrink away and contract. Touch that is too soft can be irritating and ticklish. How do you clearly and compassionately communicate what kind of touch you would like to receive? Join Gayatri in an exploration of touch and find your sweet spot.
Join Sam Lee for the learning and old folk songs and improvisation in traditional songs Sam has learned first hand from the Gypsy Traveller community.. Ancient songs that connect us to the age old relationship of our indigenous nomadic people of GB and Ireland and how they have used song to connect with the land and the human condition.
What is the world like if 'yes' means 'yes', 'no' means 'no' and 'maybe' is simply 'maybe'? In this 90-minute workshop we find out! Through a series of exercises we find our voices and really inhabit them. Then we meet others in the space as we play boundary games. The powerful acknowledgement that we can be truly heard transforms these games into tools for personal empowerment, as we reclaim our right to be recognized and respected equals. Delightfully, not only do we communicate our desires in the moment, we also home in ever more precisely on what those desires are.
At TOGETHERNESS we will explore through dance, Love, sensuality & compassion, weaving together our affection and pleasure for Existence with a Heartfelt compassionate approach to living. The better we feel, the more generous our contribution with Existence. The more connected we are, the deeper and more fulfilling our relationships become.
Through our dance, we awake our Fire, our inner Light. This flame burns as Passion. As we move this Fire through our spine, so it's radiance expands, and our warm Love and sensuality naturally expresses out into the world as Compassion (expanded Passion).
As Jack Johnson sings; "We're better together",
And so it is, this is the invitation of the dance, to feel great in each other's company, to share Life together, to make contact, to feel enriched through reaching out and being reached out to.
For me, real intimacy is not just about sex, but about connecting without masks, beyond insecurities and projections, from a space of connecting with yourself and your own boundaries and desires first.
In this workshop we will explore touch outside the sexual realm. Often once we make eye contact with someone we like, there's an urge towards sex. But stepping out of this rat race, the world of cuddles, hugs and consensual touch can bring deepening to connecting and rich explorations.
Cuddling helps you to slow down life and let go of stress. Research shows more and more the health benefits of hugging. It slows your heart rate, reduces blood pressure and the release of stress hormones while it stimulates the release of hormones like oxytocin, the ‘happiness hormone.’ Being held reminds you of how loved you are. It invokes self-love and pleasure.
Dr David Luke will be talking about what he’s discovered about empathy and togetherness from 20 years of scientific research on the psychology of exceptional human experience experience and altered states.

In Circling we explore being deeply connected to ourselves and our truth while feeling, hearing and connecting to others in the moment. It’s a space to explore our genuine curiosity to better understand, see and appreciate ourselves and each other at a deeper level.
In many of our interactions it’s easy to fall into habitual ways of being or ideas about who we are. This workshop is an invitation to step into freshness and a real in the moment discovery of what happens when we meet as human beings.
This will be a fully interactive exploration where we’ll have space to cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and what’s possible in relationship.
