We might think of gender as something that only certain groups of people have to think much about however we all have a gender, and can all benefit from reflecting on it.
Gender is highly related to our mental health, our relationships, and how we get on in the world.
This session invites you to explore your gender through a series of activities and discussions.
We’ll consider many things that influence our gender experience, expression, and identity, including the cultural messages around us, our upbringing, and our bodies. We’ll explore what a more intentional approach to gender might look like.
